Under floor water leaks can be almost impossible to find in many cases with no visible evidence on the surface of the floor. We can help locate any potential problems enabling local repairs to be carried out avoiding unnecessary damage to the floor and general disruption.
Our Thermal Imaging surveys are non invasive have little or no disruption to the building occupants and once complete will provide a in-depth easy to understand report showing Thermal Image, Picture in Picture and conventional digital photos of any potential problem areas.
Thermal Imaging can be used to identify blockages in plumbing systems, again this is non-destructive.
