Water leaks on flat roofs can quickly be found enabling local repairs to be carried out on large roofs this can save thousands of pounds. Trapped moisture and damp insulation will show up as warmer areas once the sun has set. We can then highlight any defective areas.
This saves money on replacing the complete roof; the defective areas can be patched at a fraction of the cost. It can also help to prevent damp and damage to the property.
Our surveys are non destructive and have little or no disruption to the building occupants and once complete will provide a in-depth easy to understand report showing Thermal Images, Picture in Picture and digital photos of any potential problem areas.
